2. Product advantages and features
2.1 Carboxylated nitrile latex has excellent film formation and stability;
2.2 The product has excellent wear resistance, puncture resistance, tear resistance, good oil resistance and chemical resistance;
2.3 The application can increase the initial vulcanization temperature and greatly increase the production capacity of the production line.
3. Safety guidance
3.1 Should be stored in a cool, dry, sheltered room, storage temperature 5 ~ 40 ° C, especially in winter should avoid freezing to maintain the best performance.
3.2 When not in use, the container should be kept tight to avoid leakage.
3.3 Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
3.4 No special safety measures are required when using, as long as it follows good industrial practices.
4. Packaging
Packed in drums, bags or tanks, net weight 200kg/1000kg/30000kg.
Note: The specifications of the NBRs are very similar and we would advise you against buying based on specifications but rather to get the samples tested by your R&D team to confirm which suits best for your application.
A little bit of introduction from our side to help you understand the NBR from China. There are 2 types of NBR (丁腈橡胶 and羧基丁腈胶乳:CARBOXYLATED ACRYLONITRILE BUTADIENE RUBBER LATEX) and only the latter can be used to manufacture gloves. 羧基丁腈胶乳 is also divided into medical and non-medical grade. The non-medical grade is about 20-30% cheaper than the medical grade. Although, it can also be used to manufacture gloves but will not pass all the medical requirements, especially after aging. This is what we found out from the test report done by the manufacturers in Malaysia that have tested our samples.
